In the one hundred and twenty odd years since their release, brown and rainbow trout have thrived in the New Zealand back country due to the unpolluted waters, a lack of natural predators, an abundance of aquatic life and an unpressured environment.

Dream Streams is based at Roanoke Lodge, located on the edge of Lake Taupo, on the Central Volcanic Plateau and is an easy forty five minute flight or a leisurely four hour drive south from Auckland.
